Thanks Fahad. All 2.2 i-CTDi engines have this valve on the drivers-side end of the fuel rail. If it becomes leaky then the fuel rail will struggle to reach enough pressure during cranking, which results in either a long cranking time during starting or even a complete failure to start (often worse when hot). I used an online calculator and whilst those things may not necessarily be the most accurate, I found one which when I entered the standard bhp and mass of the 2.2 i-dtec it estimated 0-60 in 8.6 which is close enough for me. I then changed the 148bhp to 210bhp as stated on the remap and it estimated 6.6 seconds from 0-60. 6th Gen Honda CR-V Advance Tech Plug-In Hybrid in Crystal Pearl Black. Cleaned the three castings (sump, timing case and rocker cover) and cleaned-up all mating surfaces with red scotchbrite. It took ages, especially to get the excess sealant off the edges.
