BMW e46 2004 320d Touring - Problems with start in the morning I have a problem with my BMW. It won't start easy in the morning. Cranks and won't start. After 5-6 cranks starts and all good for the rest of the day, next morning same thing. Tomorrow I will try to swap fuel pump relay with horn relay and see what will happened.

re: Recurring electrical problem in my BMW 320d. EDIT: Now solved. As said by a few others earlier, my suspicion falls on a few things. a) fuse (s) that is/are not fixed properly / not firm. b) sensor (s) that are malfunctioning / not firm. c) ECU malfunction and / or caused by bad sensors, wiring etc.
The BMW F30 3 series battery is located underneath the storage tray on the ride side of the trunk. To remove the storage tray, simply turn the release and pull the tray out. Use a 10mm socket wrench to remove the two bolts anchoring the battery rollover bracket to the body of the vehicle. Remove the bracket from the car.
