Step 1: Detective Playthrough. The highest difficulty is available from start so you should start your first playthrough on Detective. While playing through the game make sure you'll pick up all of the Cop Badges. There are 50 Cop Badges total, 5 in every chapter (excluding the prologue and epilogue).
Zombie Road is an achievement in Dead Rising. Simply walk over 33 feet on the backs of zombies using the Zombie Ride skill. The best way to get this achievement is to find a large group of zombies that are close together, use Zombie Ride on one of them, and walk in circles. This can be done during the fight with Brock Mason, or in the Maintenance Tunnels.
Tour Guide is an achievement in Dead Rising. This achievement is unlocked by having eight survivors in your active party simultaneously. Frank does not have to bring these survivors to the Security Room for the achievement to unlock. See Frank the Pimp for escorting 8 female survivors at once. I didn't think you could get trophies if you can't sync online. The game plays really bad without the 4.7gb patch plus all the DLC. It wouldn't suprise me if the games trophy system was broken without the patch. Do you have a friend with internet you could use.

Gourmet is an achievement/trophy in Dead Rising. This achievement is unlocked by eating and drinking all types of food in the mall, including rotten, cooked, and thawed versions of foods and mixed juices. This must be done in one playthrough during 72 Hour Mode. All food (with the exception of pie and gallon jug milk) can be found in Seon's Food & Stuff. Mixed juices must be made using a MDnoF.
