Your dealer should be able to diagnose the problem, if not, take it to another dealer. If that also fails take it to a diesel engine specialist.

From previous threads I know it's the engine they stuck in the grand cherokee 2016 but even if I search for that model it's bringing up sump plugs that appear different to mine? Mine is a m13 nut by the looks of it. TIA VLYMYh.
