I have €4 billion in the bank on my current profile. Even a small number of drivers will earn more money than you can ever spend in the game.

You won't see anything with one truck or under one hour but you might see something over a few dozen of trucks and a few weeks (realtime). So you are saying it's questionable if it does make any sense to give your hired drivers better trucks, unless you have that much money, that you don't know where to put it elsewhere.
